The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in credit & collections or AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. This role emphasizes proactive communication and data‑driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years in Credit & Collections or AR.
• Experience with B2B accounts in industrial distribution is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP platforms; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of large strategic accounts and ensure timely receivables.
• Review portfolios, assess payment performance, and identify credit risks.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and coordinate with billing teams.
• Maintain documentation and communicate status to Sales and Finance.
