Pennymac is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to manage end-to-end AP for multiple entities, including invoice processing, payments, and 1099 reporting. You will liaise with Treasury, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate GL coding and timely settlements.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of full-cycle AP experience in mortgage/financial services, strong Excel skills, and ERP proficiency, with the ability to handle high-volume processing and peak workloads.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of full-cycle AP in a multi-entity environment.
• Mortgage/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel for reconciliations.
• W-9 validation and 1099 year-end filings knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end accounts payable across all entities.
• Process PO and non-PO invoices and reconcile disputes.
• Post AP transactions to sub-ledger and ensure timely payments.
• Manage 3-way matching and vendor onboarding documentation.
• Prepare AP control reports and assist month-end close.
