Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with multiple entities and high volumes of invoices and payments.
• Experience with Yardi is required.
• Familiarity with multiple payment platforms and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full A/P process from invoice receipt and coding through approvals, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Process invoices for multiple entities with proper coding and approvals.
• Utilize Yardi and multiple payment platforms to process invoices and payments accurately.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve balances with vendors/internal teams.
• Prepare and process recurring and scheduled payment runs, meeting deadlines.
• Manage company credit cards, including reconciliation and expense documentation.
• Review employee expense reports and ensure proper coding and documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor inquiries and W-9s.
