Mariani Premier Group in the United States is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the day-to-day AP function for a multi-entity organization and supervise the AP staff. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, vendor management, AP-to-GL reconciliation, and audit support.

You will oversee invoice processing across entities, manage approvals and three-way matching, execute payments via ACH, check, or card, and maintain vendor master data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Multi-entity AP experience across entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable for a multi-entity organization.
• Oversee AP staff and processing, GL coding, and vendor management.
• Execute payment runs via ACH, check, and card.
• Perform AP subledger-to-GL reconciliation and assist audits.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to vendor inquiries.
