The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of hands-on AP experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Syspro or similar), strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• Full-cycle AP processing and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger posting.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile high-volume accounts payable invoices and payments.
• Review vendor accounts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure general ledger accuracy.
• Issue payments, manage check runs, and process electronic transfers in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, organized documentation and support audit requests as needed.
