Ledgent is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP processing across 11 entities, including intercompany transactions and vendor setup. This fast-paced role requires accuracy and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, familiarity with Sage Intacct or QuickBooks, and a Bachelor’s degree. You’ll coordinate across portals and ensure compliant, precise disbursements.

Join a fast-paced, multi-entity organization as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is responsible for full-cycle AP processing, intercompany transactions, vendor management, and ensuring accurate payments across 11 entities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity environments
• Experience with Sage Intacct or QuickBooks
• Bachelor's degree required (any discipline)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendor portals
