Jobot is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Irvine, CA. This full-time position focuses on accurate processing of invoices, ACH payments, and maintaining the general ledger within a construction industry context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AP experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of general ledger and AP processes.
• Experience with Sage or Timberline is a plus.
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing.
• Experience invoicing, approving, and cutting checks.
• High accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred but not required.
