Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team for a construction-focused environment. You will handle high volumes of vendor and subcontractor invoices, ensure proper coding and approvals, and support project-level accounting activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting processes and terminology.
• Experience with high invoice volumes and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, PO, and supporting docs.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed.
