Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. in Park Ridge, NJ is seeking an Accounts Payable Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end AP processes across multiple entities. The role drives process improvements to shorten cycle times, improve accuracy, and ensure timely vendor payments.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Treasury, and support month-end close and audits. The position requires on-site work Monday through Friday with occasional remote Fridays, and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive Accounts Payable or procure-to-pay in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; hands-on SAP/ERP experience; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, P2P, e-invoicing or workflow platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills incl PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with month-end close, AP reconciliations, 1099 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full invoice-to-payment process, including coding, approvals, payments, and recordkeeping.
• Review and process PO and non-PO invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts; resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Prepare and process ACH, check, and wire payments.
• Monitor payment approvals, releases, and bank transactions.
• Post payments and resolve uncleared or failed transactions.
• Coordinate cash funding needs with Treasury.
