Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking an AP Supervisor to oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations for designated units, partnering with Genpact to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services.

Based in Deerfield, IL, this hybrid role focuses on relationship management with the outsourced provider, process improvement, and SOX controls, with flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for outsourced AP provider (Genpact).
• Monitor AP performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Lead operational reviews with Genpact to discuss performance and improvements.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payments, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments with proper controls.
• Support month-end close activities and SOX compliance.
