Job summary

Prologis, based in Denver, Colorado, seeks an Accounts Payable Lead to drive end-to-end AP execution in a high-volume environment. Qualifications

• Five or more years of accounts payable or transaction-processing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end accounts payable across multiple assignment types.
• Experience with ERP and invoice workflow systems, supplier portals, or imaging applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments or projects with accuracy and deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, coaching teammates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex accounts payable work across multiple assignment types.
• Execute and review complex payment processes including cycles, positive pay, and escheatment processing.
• Process and review high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices ensuring accuracy.
• Research and resolve complex AP issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Monitor workflow queues, aging, and deadlines; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Lead routine projects and support system implementations, testing, training, and close support.
