Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team and oversee the processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a high-volume environment. You will ensure accurate coding, timely disbursements, and strong internal controls under the direction of the Director of Finance.

The role requires 5+ years in AP with 3+ years in supervisory capacity, preferably with Workday Financials experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• Three or more years of supervisory or management experience in AP or Accounting.
• Experience in a high-volume, computerized AP environment.
• Workday Financials and AP experience strongly preferred.
• Gaming, hospitality, casino, or large multi-entity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable department and oversee invoices, payments, reimbursements, and disbursements.
• Maintain vendor master data and validation of W-9s and tax documents.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and management to match POs with invoices.
