Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable & Franchise Accounting to own AR and billing, centralize processes, and ensure accurate US GAAP reporting for franchise, licensed, and managed properties. You will lead a dedicated AR/franchise accounting team and partner with operations, legal, and business stakeholders to drive efficiency and strong internal controls.

You will oversee accruals and month-end closes for fee-driven entities, support audits, and pursue automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AR and billing system and policies across the enterprise.
• Drive centralization and standardization of AR and billing processes.
• Oversee invoicing for franchise, licensing, and other revenue streams.
• Monitor aging and collections; manage allowance for doubtful accounts.
• Lead month-end close for fee- or billing-driven entities.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Develop and mentor AR/franchise accounting team.
• Identify opportunities to automate AR processes and improve controls.
