Job summary

PEREGRINE II MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS, LLC is seeking an AP Manager to oversee all accounts payable work streams in a centralized shared services environment supporting hotels and corporate entities. You will lead a high-volume AP team, partner with hotel operations and corporate finance, and drive process improvements to support scalable growth.

Responsibilities include AP operations oversight, vendor management, and ensuring strong internal controls in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience including leading a high-volume AP function.
• Experience managing a shared services AP team preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel or multi-unit operating environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of USALI, internal controls, and AP best practices.
• Experience with ERP and AP automation tools (Sage, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all AP work streams across hotel portfolio and corporate entities.
• Ensure timely processing of high-volume invoices and accurate expense coding per USALI.
• Oversee weekly payment runs (ACH, check, wire, credit card) per policy.
• Lead a shared services AP team with clearly defined roles and performance expectations.
• Maintain internal controls over AP and support audits.
• Drive standardization and automation of AP processes.
