Job summary

Prospera Hotels LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Anaheim, CA. This role leads the AP function across a portfolio of hotels, manages outsourced AP services, and supports month-end close.

Strong leadership and process improvement skills are essential to ensure accurate vendor payments and controls. The ideal candidate has extensive AP experience, hospitality accounting exposure, and proficiency with MS Office and hospitality systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting or business administration preferred.
• Five years of progressively responsible accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Experience leading an accounts payable function and multi-entity workflow preferred.
• Hospitality accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of GAAP and industry practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts payable for multiple hotels and affiliated entities with defined controls.
• Manage outsourced AP vendor, monitoring service delivery and performance.
• Review and approve AP activities, payment schedules, and vendor issues.
• Oversee weekly payment runs and resolution of payment exceptions.
• Support month-end close and GL reconciliations; drive process improvements.
