Job summary

Avion Hospitality, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the centralized AP function for a growing portfolio of more than 40 hotels across the United States. Reporting to Corporate Finance, you will manage the invoice-to-payment lifecycle, drive process improvements, and coach a team to deliver accurate payments and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, incl. 2+ years in supervision.
• Hospitality/multi-property accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with M3 Accounting, Foodbuy, OneSource, Paymerang, Expensify desirable.
• Strong AP practices, internal controls, vendor management, and month-end close knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze high-volume financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle AP across all managed hotels, including invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, payment processing, and vendor communication.
• Ensure timely, accurate payments and high service levels for hotel teams and vendors.
• Monitor AP aging, payment schedules, and cash management across entities.
• Own month-end AP close, accruals, reconciliations, and cutoff accuracy.
• Drive automation, standardization, and SOPs for AP processes.
