Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee a centralized AP function across a portfolio of hotels and corporate entities. You will manage invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments while ensuring strong controls and efficient processes.

Lead a shared services AP team, partner with hotel operations and corporate finance, and drive process improvements, automation, and accurate reporting in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including leading a high-volume AP function.
• Experience in a shared services AP environment; hospitality/ multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of USALI, internal controls, and AP best practices.
• Sage ERP systems and Coupa experience; multi-entity experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all AP work streams across hotel portfolio and corporate entities.
• Oversee high-volume invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Lead AP team, coach staff, and set performance expectations.
• Maintain internal controls, approval matrices, and vendor master file controls.
• Support audits and provide documentation and process walkthroughs.
• Drive standardization and automation across AP processes.
