Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of AP or related experience.
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; Dynamics GP and/or NetSuite a plus.
• Experience with T&E processing and reporting a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assists with month-end closing, including monthly accruals.
• Uses Concur as the AP software.
• Helps supervise a team to record all AP transactions.
• Investigates AP issues and suggests solutions to the AP Manager.
• Builds relationships with vendors and other departments.
• Assists in training onboarding of AP staff.
• Supports annual and performance reviews for AP staff.
• Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.
• Contributes to developing AP processes and procedures.
