Century Group is partnering with a client in Los Angeles to fill an Accounts Payable Manager role. The position directs the AP function, oversees invoices, payments, and related processes, and drives efficiency.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in AP, strong controls, ERP project experience, and a collaborative, data-driven approach to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or supervising accounts payable operations in a high-volume business environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams, workflows, or department functions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes, internal controls, payment cycles, and vendor management.
• Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, system conversions, or accounting process transformation initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to accounting operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full AP function; ensure accurate, timely invoices and payments.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and paperless ops.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance and ops to solve challenges.
• Support ERP implementations and related process controls.
• Manage priorities, monitor workflow, and resolve vendor/payment issues promptly.
