Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Proficient in data entry and management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data.
• Maintains historical records and filing documents.
• Verify and process expense reports.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the department.
• Protects department's value by keeping information confidential.
• Open and distribute mail
• Other duties as assigned
