Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of progressively responsible experience in accounts payable or accounting operations.
• Demonstrated leadership supervising an A/P or finance team with workload management and training.
• Experience with three-way matching, invoicing, and payment processing in a large organization.
• Proficiency with ERP financial systems and Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs complex accounts payable functions and leads the A/P team.
• Reviews POs and contracts for proper account usage; ensures compliance and timely processing.
• Audits vendor invoices, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with vendors for payments.
• Supports process improvements and ERP implementation efforts.
