Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with four+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Leadership experience supervising an A/P or finance team and handling high‑volume processing.
• Strong knowledge of AP functions, invoicing, three‑way matching, and vendor management.
• Experience with procurement‑related payments and ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the A/P team to ensure accurate coding, compliance, and timely payments.
• Review POs and contracts; manage change orders and vendor invoices for resolution.
• Maintain documentation, ensure retention compliance, and support ERP initiatives.
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and controls.
