Job summary

In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst II to join our finance team in a full-time, in-office role. You will review invoices and expense reports, verify PO alignment, and process payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of AP experience and a solid accounting background; experience with Oracle Fusion and Concur is preferred. APS certification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Working knowledge of general accounting practices.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Concur preferred.
• APS certification preferred; if not held, must obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and employee expense reports.
• Verify purchases align with purchase orders and contracts.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors (check, ACH, wire).
• Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Reconcile accounts payable and assist monthly/year-end close.
