Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounting/Accounts Payable experience required.
• Ability to work onsite in the office, Monday - Friday.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details and deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP's first point of contact with internal clients and external vendors.
• Manage AP processing for operating expenses and vendor onboarding.
• Code invoices, track approvals, and post to the general ledger using Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Manage corporate credit card program and reconciliation.
• Process expense reports and respond to employee questions on coding.
• Maintain vendor inbox and statements; reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with budget and spend variance analysis as needed.
