Job summary

The Office of Administration, Division of Accounting (OA-DOA), seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the Facilities Management, Design & Construction division. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with state agencies and vendors, contribute to accurate and timely financial processes, and grow within a collaborative, service-focused environment.

You will review purchase requests, approve in MissouriBUYS, process invoices in MissouriBUYS and SAM II, and enter journal vouchers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with accounting credits or 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration.
• Successful background check is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for purchases from FMDC.
• Approve requests in MissouriBUYS.
• Process invoices for payment in MissouriBUYS and SAM II.
• Enter journal vouchers for payment corrections and modifications.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
