Qualifications

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of the SAM II Financial System and MissouriBUYS.
• Knowledge of EFT/ACH banking standards.
• MS Access and Excel knowledge desired.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply them.
• Two+ years financial experience with government or private sector; high school diploma.
• Bachelor's degree with 15 accounting credits; substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Audit Vendor/ACH-EFT applications for accuracy.
• Process Bank reports.
• Reconcile various reports.
• Initiate, process, and review check cancellations.
• SAMII Agency Help Desk support for State Agencies.
• Review Accounts Receivable Customer Files.
• Assist with 1099 processing for OA-DOA.
• Assist with MissouriBUYS supplier file setup and maintenance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
