Responsibilities

• MissouriBUYS Supplier File Maintenance – set-up and maintain supplier files by reviewing requests.
• MissouriBUYS Supplier Help Desk – assist OA/Accounting staff, other state agencies and suppliers to resolve registrations issues.
• Vendor File Maintenance – analyze and process vendor input forms in SAMII.
• Analyze vendor input MissouriBUYS registrations and other forms to ensure IRS and State standards are met.
• Direct Deposit Data Entry – SAMII HR EFT.
