Job summary

illumifin, a leading provider of insurance services, seeks a Senior Accounting Systems Administrator to oversee the ERP and General Ledger systems and support the close process.

You will lead data integrations, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and IT to deliver timely, accurate financial results and drive transformation initiatives. The role also involves coaching staff and ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience administering ERP systems and user access
• Ability to manage data extraction and reporting from ERP
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in accounting and finance

Responsibilities

• Administer the corporate accounting ERP (D365 F&O), including user access roles, updates, outages, and reporting
• Oversee external consultants on ERP projects and monitor spending
• Support non-ERP accounting systems and key data integrations (timekeeping, payroll, tax)
• Lead automation and transformation initiatives for accounting systems and document changes
• Coach and develop staff within the team
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, AR, AP, and Account Management
• Assist in timely preparation of accurate financial statements
