Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands is seeking an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to lead ERP governance, GL accounting, and closing processes worldwide. You will partner with IT and regional teams to drive automation, data accuracy, and scalable control environments.

The role reports to the Global Controller and supports strategic initiatives across North America and global operations. Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years in accounting, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and a CPA or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in global accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP financial modules, including general ledger and consolidation tools.
• Partner with IT to guide system architecture, upgrades, and integrations.
• Lead global close processes and intercompany accounting activities.
• Design and monitor internal controls over financial reporting.
• Drive finance transformation through automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and auditors for compliance.
