• Perform bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, chart of accounts maintenance and posting to the general ledger.
• Open/close books for each financial cycle and maintain permanent financial files.
• Prepare financial reports for the General Manager and assist with monthly statements and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets, projections and line item calculations; conduct cost studies as needed.
• Coordinate with auditors during annual statements preparation and ensure compliance with procedures.
