Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling AP, AR, Payroll for a small business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel including advanced functions (v-lookup, pivot tables).
• Exposure to working in construction, mechanical, or electrical contracting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company.
• Provide regular monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, WIP report).
• Ensure timely processing of payroll for 20-30 employees using ADP.
