Job summary

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma required.
• Three years’ experience in accounting, payroll, or AP/AR.
• Experience with automated accounting/payroll systems.
• Strong Excel skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Post entries to the general ledger accurately and balance accounts.
• Process accounts payable transactions and batch payments.
• Process accounts receivable and perform credit and collections as needed.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing and month-end closings.
• Issue daily financial reports and support corporate reporting.
