Responsibilities

• Streamline cash application processes for ACH and receipts.
• Audit and process high-volume freight invoices.
• Reconcile monthly inventory receipts against purchasing records.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close procedures.
• Validate data and investigate discrepancies.
• Optimize cash flow through AP/AR processing.
