Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll disbursements and ensure payroll transactions are accurate.
• Code payroll-related expenses to GL accounts (training provided).
• Gather and validate payroll and financial data for processing and reporting; prepare and post payroll journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Maintain understanding of chart of accounts and GL structure.
• Process full-cycle payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Reconcile employee hours and payroll expenses.
• Review coach employment agreements to verify pay rates, stipends, and compensation structures.
• Process payroll deductions and withholdings; investigate discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
