Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full monthly close ownership.
• Experience with multi-unit operations and payroll processing across states.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, financial statement prep, and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management reports with restaurant-level detail.
• Oversee accounts payable, cash accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across locations.
• Manage payroll for multi-location, multi-state workforce and quarterly bonus calculations.
• Partner with HR on payroll system administration and process improvement.
• Lead audits with outside auditors and tax accountants.
