Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sr. Manager of Accounting to lead a hands-on finance team during a high-growth phase. The role focuses on the general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting in a multi-channel retail setting.

You will partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. A CPA path and NetSuite experience are highly valued as the company scales globally.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Experience preparing management reporting packages and external financial reporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Own or support the month-end close for the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review internal and external financial reports per US GAAP.
• Assist with flux analyses, variance explanations, and balance sheet narratives for leadership.
