Job summary

You will collaborate with FP&A, tax, and auditors while leveraging AI tools to streamline close processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Active CPA license.
• Ability to communicate financial results to stakeholders.
• Experience leading accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience documenting internal controls and processes.
• 2+ years managing an accounting team.
• 8+ years total accounting experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting team through month-end close and journal entries.
• Mentor team members and promote career development.
• Oversee annual audit with internal and external auditors.
• Coordinate U.S. GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
• Research accounting guidance for complex topics and prepare memos.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI automation.
• Own chart of accounts, GL, and financial statements accuracy.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting and forecasts.
