The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of finance experience and 3 years in management, focusing on compliance, reporting, and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include directing the financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and preparing key financial reports. The anticipated salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 annually. The role requires on-site collaboration at least four days a week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the timely and accurate completion of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Review and approve journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to US GAAP.
• Oversee the reconciliation of all general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
