Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to join the team remotely in the United States. You will lead the accounting function, manage the close, consolidations, and internal controls, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.

In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, optimize processes, and coach accounting staff to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-entity and international consolidations, including overseas entities and intercompany transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools preferred.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience with coaching and reviewing accounting staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, GL activities, reconciliations, intercompany and multi-entity consolidation.
• Provide technical accounting support on revenue, leases, equity, stock-based compensation and related areas.
• Support financial reporting, compliance and internal controls, and management reporting.
• Identify process improvements and coach accounting team members.
• Collaborate with external advisers for audits, tax filings, and external reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on accounting policy compliance and special projects.
