Job summary

You will support complex monthly accounting, consolidated financial reporting, and month-end close across multiple entities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Demonstrated intermediate Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support complex accounting across multiple entities and businesses.
• Prepare and coordinate consolidated financial reporting.
• Execute month-end close activities including journals, reconciliations, data validation and variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance to strengthen SG&A estimate process oversight.
• Coordinate with offshore resources to ensure timely reporting and approvals.
• Develop and enhance consolidated accounting processes to reduce risk and improve controls.
• Support process improvements, automation, and audit readiness initiatives.
