Job summary

CFO Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close, with remote/hybrid flexibility. This role partners with business leaders to support growth and ensures strong internal controls.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 8+ years of experience, solid US GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience. CPA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred but not required; strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Partner with external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
