Job summary

AccountingDepartment.com is a leader in outsourced virtual accounting services seeking a Senior Accountant to manage complex accrual-based tasks for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is meticulous, data-driven, and capable of delivering timely results with minimal supervision.

You’ll own month-end close, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and drive process improvements to deliver exceptional value.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
• Experience transitioning clients from implementation to stabilization.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling month-end close processes and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and financial reporting for multiple clients.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, including unbilled revenue and deferred income.
• Prepare and file tax returns and assist with audits and budgets.
• Coordinate with Associates and Clients to ensure timely deliverables.
