Qualifications

• Working knowledge of GAAP and state and federal regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, Pivot tables, and data analysis
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with a multi-department team

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
• Establish internal controls and accounting guidelines
• Produce reports ensuring GAAP compliance
• Assist Controller with high-level projects
• Perform month-end closings and reconciliations
• Conduct bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Handle other general accounting assignments as required
