Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; 5+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA or MBA designation is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot tables.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or ERP software.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline orientation.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
• Produces financial reports; ensures GAAP-compliant results.
• Assists Controller with high level projects.
• Performs month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Performs bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Other general accounting assignments as required.
