Qualifications

• Proven leadership in accounting in project-based environments.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience supervising accounting staff and developing talent.
• Multi-entity accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations: GL, AP, billing, reconciliations.
• Own month-end and year-end close with timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee project/job costing in a multi-entity setting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff and promote accountability.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for decisions.
