Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience in nonprofit and for-profit settings.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and complex close processes.
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities or business units.
• Experience with treasury, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheets; interest in automation.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own daily accounting in the general ledger for the three managed entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across the entities.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and shared chart of accounts.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure payroll/benefits financial accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements, management reporting, and supporting schedules.
• Manage inter-company accounting and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and governance reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies across entities.
