Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including common formulas, Pivot Tables and charts.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and accounting duties including consignment invoicing and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries for department operations.
• Assist with invoice processing, returns, and credit memos for affiliates.
• Respond to internal inquiries from Sales, Logistics and Accounting.
• Support periodic physical inventories and internal/external audit requests.
