Kyocera International, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist 3 to perform moderately complex accounting and clerical duties, including inventory reconciliations, journal postings, and audit support.
The role involves cross‑training, handling high volumes of emails and meetings, and collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Accounting teams. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of accounting experience and strong Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills.
The Accounting Specialist 3 performs moderately complex accounting and clerical duties and covers various staff positions. The daily operations may include inventory reconciliations, cross‑training with others, support to Sales, Logistics, and monthly and quarterly journal entry postings. This role also provides support in gathering audit documentation requests. The standard forms of communication for this position are a high volume of emails, Teams meetings, and in‑person contact.

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is continuously required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms.
