Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to manage procurement and inventory for third‑party items and select KDC items. You will oversee PO creation, approvals, receiving and closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include tariff reporting support, invoice processing in Oracle, and cost control. Collaboration with Sales Ops, Customer Support, Logistics, Finance, IT, and our Japan parent will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing/procurement or related role within a corporate environment.
• Experience managing purchase orders in an ERP system from PO creation through receiving and closing.
• familiarity with inventory concepts like safety stock, lead times, backorders, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and place purchase orders for third‑party items and selected KDC items using PSI methodology.
• Manage full PO lifecycle in Oracle from creation to closing.
• Monitor stock levels and backorders, place additional orders when needed.
• Communicate with suppliers and KDC to confirm ETAs and track deliveries.
• Verify and process supplier and freight invoices in Oracle on a weekly schedule.
