Job summary

Eaton’s Regional Controllership is seeking a Senior Accounting and Controls Analyst in Wisconsin. You will support financial reporting, ensure SOX adherence, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets during the Boyd Acquisition integration.

You will collaborate with operations and global support centers, drive process improvements, and participate in MESH trainings, contributing to accurate reporting and compliance across newly acquired sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years accounting/finance experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: support preparation of financial statements and GAAP adherence, including SOX compliance and local taxation.
• Internal Controls: implement and monitor control procedures to minimize errors and fraud.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Finance Operations: support site finance leader actions including closing and accounting activities.
• Data Analysis: analyze financial data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Partnership: communicate financial information between operations and global support centers.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in MESH trainings and comply with site policies.
